As Principal-in-Charge, ChanWoo will take full responsibility for the delivery of the Project. Project Manager, he will be the Project’s primary day-to-day contact, and will oversee, guide and schedule HDYH and the entire consultant team to fully integrate with the new Project’s leadership and project representatives.
Throughout his career, Joe has championed a collaborative approach to improve the communications, knowledge sharing, and expectations of the building industry as a whole. With this larger picture in mind, his projects have achieved both excellent design and an enhanced ability to meet budgets and schedules.
